The Phrourion was designed to fill different roles depending on the variants which covers everything from range fire support to city combat.

Giving the Phrourion a ‘module’ system complete with a auto Gyro alignment program that will detect the difference in mass in any location and realign itself and this program will do so again during combat to compensate for the loss of limbs and heavy damage to the side torsos the results in loss of any large amounts of weight.

This system however is fragile and any damage the head could take the system off line while any damage to the gyro housing will rob the machine of the system.

The FOIS has come under fire over this machine though do to many have claimed that it was a cheap knockoff of the Atlas or Battlemaster which have all been dismissed.

The design seemed more like a heavy ‘swayback’ then anything else due to the body and head seemed to match the Hunchback though both side torsos have the same ‘hump’ that the hunchback is known for, It has also kept the ‘shutter’ style head of the Hunchback.

The arms however end in weapon barrels, though the arms themselves have a cylinder
shape to them from the lower arms to the shoulders. The Arms also come with shoulder ‘shields’ that was designed to stop all damage from hitting the head from anything smaller than a assault cannon which would shatter the protective shoulder ‘shield’ and still do damage to the head.

The Legs was blocky looking and claw style feet which could dig into the ground to help keep the machine steady.

Within the cockpit held a mini cooler that can be stocked with bottled water packed with electrolytes to help replace what was lost during combat, a small weapons rack to house sub machine guns to laser rifles and laser pistols which could be set in the charging dock in the rack to ensure that the weapons would always be ready to be used at a moment’s notice.

Should the mech be destroyed the entire head would blast away from the dying mech straight up and away from the mech. Once it is at a safe distance a large parachute would deploy and land the head safely away.
Known Variants:

PR1-A
The thickest armor of all the Variants with weapons for direct and indirect weapons, twin light Cannons a Particle Projection Cannon, twin medium lasers, and rounding out its package are twin LRM 15.

PR1-J
Drops the Cannons for three jump jets and replacing the cannons is another LRM 15 rack though to get the extra weight armor had to be scarified along with the PPC which had been replaced with a Large Laser and an extra Heat Sink was added.

PR1-C
Unlike the others this machine replaces everything but the twin Medium Lasers in favor of a assault cannon, eight SRM 4 racks, and four medium lasers, the remaining weight was for extra heat sinks to help handle the waste heat.
The C was designed as a city combat unit that can deal hefty damage and thanks to the SRMs exploit the damage dealt to it by the auto cannon.

PR1-W
This one is arguably one of the coolest running of the variants as it mounts twin medium bore cannons, twin Large Lasers, the twin medium lasers that it always mounts, and a hand for the left arm due to the fact that it mounts no weapons in the arm and would allow the pilot to punch another machine or pick up something.

There is a field refit of the W which replaces the twin Large Lasers and three heat sinks for a third cannon and another ton of ammunition.

The only drawback of that refit is that it must depend on its medium lasers once the three main weapons run out of ammunition.

sounds like a heck of a scratchbuild.

take 5 different Mech types, blenderize and combine for a totally new mech. :lol:
