I'm a member of the Taken, a group of Warhammer 40K players with an elist. A link to the trailer for the new Mechwarrior game was posted there. My son watched it with me and from there a search via google for various BT material (I didn't know it was still going so strong!) led me here.

Hi Folks
My name is Chris, I have been a huge fan of battletech since it was changed from BD. started with the folded two sided card mechs.
I found this place after a trawl through Goggle looking for alternatives to Catalyst CBT forum.
I now have a regular person to play against, its only taken 20 yrs. 
now ill spend the next 20 yrs catching up on this site.
I love the era between 3025-58... but find it a bit to hard to swallow after that. |

Mine was simple really, I was on the hunt for the BD Shadow Hawk, one member here had one. I didn't get that one, but beaker hooked me up nicely! (Thanks as always beaker!) I returned at the request of Ava Mango Two. I have a rather.....shall I say....passion that borders on insanity for the Unseens. That and I BREATHE CBT, been playing since BattleDroids took a little hiatus for a divorce, etc, and returned.
I have a rather large standing army as it is and always looking to expand what my borders are.
My call sign is Widow Maker, Wolf's Dragoons, hired killer at your service! Toasters destroyed, planets overrun, Major Houses embarrassed, all neatly and professionally done........for a price!! 
Well, I am sure we have better things to speak of rather than me, so, let slip the dogs of War!
